Kristin (Steffen) Arens is a native of Crofton, NE and a graduate of Crofton High School. She attended The University of South Dakota and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science before graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in May of 2017.
She started her working career with Overland Rehab in June of 2017. Kristin works primarily in our Osmond, Plainview, and Lynch locations serving a variety of patients including geriatrics, orthopedic, neurological, inpatient, home health, and sports populations, young and old.
Kristin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and enjoys continuing to learn and expand her knowledge through continuing education to provide the best, evidence-based care to the patients of rural Nebraska. She is certified in Dry Needling to provide improved mobility, neurological function, and decrease pain.
She currently resides in Verdigre, NE with her husband, Trent, who farms/ranches, and their children Wren, Ellie, and Rook. In her spare time, she enjoys being active, being outside, helping on the farm, and enjoying time with friends and family.
